Before you go Batouta Voyages will assist you in determining meeting objective Communication : A detailed presentation of the destination will be sent to participants Designing a program theme Site search and selection Selection of hotels. Selection of places for Special dinner Welcome packets, etc Registration - online, fax, e-mail or phone Group air reservations and ticketing Ground transportation Coordination of production and audio visual Registration Management: Depends on the budget, we propose different category of hotels (3, 4 & 5 stars) Follow-up of the registration process Invitation letters and vouchers sent to participants Visa issuance: assistance with the Tunisian authorities for people who can not get visa from their countries. The Visa will be printed on the participant’s passport upon arrival |
