Payment & cancellation policy
Payment Conditions
Once we agree on the services to be provided, the total amount of the pro forma invoice has to be paid in full before the beginning of the event, following this timeline:
  45% of the total amount : upon confirmation
  55% of the total amount : 40 days before the event starts
  For all or any services that would be still under discussion at the time of the signature of the agreement , the payment modality will be discussed

These general timelines can be altered to be consistent with the situation.
 
General Cancellation Policy
Batouta Voyages’ services:
  Between 30-15 days prior to arrival: 50% cancellation fee
  Between 15-9 days prior to arrival: 90% cancellation fee
  From 8 days prior to arrival, and in case of no-show: 100%

For Hotels, the cancellation policy can be different from that of the general services, so you will be made aware of those particular terms and conditions, which will be applied accordingly.
