Please read our terms and conditions carefully.

1. Payment

Full prepayment by bank transfer is required before the commencement of services, with all bank transfer fees to be paid by the client. Based on our experience, bank transfers typically take approximately 4-5 working days for the funds to appear on our bank statement.

2. Cancellations

All our services, packages, and individual trips are governed by specific cancellation policies for each program. You are kindly requested to carefully read the cancellation terms specific to your program and ensure that you comply with them to avoid unnecessary cancellation fees.

3. Amendments and Refunds

The Tunisian dinar cannot be exchanged outside of Tunisia. Additionally, once we receive funds from abroad into our account, we are unable to issue refunds to clients in foreign currency. In case of a full or partial cancellation after receiving your transfer, the funds, after deducting any applicable cancellation fees, will be kept on your credit account and can be used towards payment for a future program.

4. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be considered in default of its obligations under this Agreement if its performance is delayed or prevented by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, acts of war, civil disturbances, or any other equivalent events. In the event of a Force Majeure occurrence, the affected party shall notify the other party in writing. The obligations of both parties under this Agreement will be suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure event.

5. Complaints

At Batouta Voyages, we value clients who share their constructive feedback with us, as it helps us improve our service quality. In the event of a service failure, we encourage the concerned person or party to report the issue to one of our representatives during the client’s stay. We always strive to resolve any irregularities immediately.

6. Liability

Batouta Voyages acts as an intermediary between airlines, hotels, and other service providers. As a result, we reserve the right to change tours and itineraries with or without notice. Our package tours are arranged with the airlines, and flight schedules, routes, and timings are subject to change. We are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to tourists, including incidents outside the planned programs. Any extra costs due to delays, accidents, natural disasters, political events, or unrest must be paid by the traveler. Prices, services, and conditions are based on what is valid at the time of booking and may change without notice before or during the tour.
